Booking and payment

A booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared. You can pay a 50% deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due within 14 days of arrival, or pay in full at the time of booking. Prices are in pounds sterling and include the cleaning fee shown at checkout.

Long-stay discount

Stays of seven nights or more receive 10% off the nightly total automatically. The discount does not apply to stays that include a bank holiday.

Occupancy

The hut sleeps a maximum of 3 guests. Please don't exceed this, and let us know in advance if your party changes.

House rules

• Check-in any time after 14:00, checkout before 11:00.
• Three guests maximum.
• Self check-in with a door code, sent to you before arrival.
• No EV charging on site.
• BBQs on the grass area only, please — never on the decking.
• Lights and heating switched off when you leave.
• Outdoor shoes off on the way in.
• Dogs are very welcome — please bring their own bedding and towels.
• Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off automatically (excluding bank holidays).
• All bed linen and towels are provided.
