House rules at a glance
- Check-in any time after 14:00, checkout before 11:00.
- Three guests maximum.
- Self check-in with a door code, sent to you before arrival.
- No EV charging on site.
- BBQs on the grass area only, please — never on the decking.
- Lights and heating switched off when you leave.
- Outdoor shoes off on the way in.
- Dogs are very welcome — please bring their own bedding and towels.
- Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off automatically (excluding bank holidays).
