Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit is taken when you book, and it secures your dates. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of your arrival date.
Cancelling your stay
Cancel up to 7 days before arrival and 50% of everything you have paid is refunded. Within 7 days of arrival no funds are refunded.
Changing your dates
Get in touch as early as you can and we'll do our best to move you to another available date.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event we can't host you, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid.
