When you book we collect your name, email address, phone number, your dates, guest count and any message you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message.
Card payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never stored by or visible to this website. We only keep a reference to the payment so we can match it to your booking.
Why we keep it
To manage your booking, to send you your arrival details, and to keep the records we're required to keep as a holiday-let business. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
